The Global Leadership Program Urban Leaders 2021: "Empowering Women Through Knowledge and Mentoring" was the first global version of the leadership program developed by WIM.
For this version, the program promoted female leadership in the global urban agenda by sharing knowledge with urban leaders from around the world on how to include the gender perspective in the mobility sector. To do this, the participants received knowledge on gender and mobility, sustainable leadership and project management.
